Sonia brings over ten years' experience in leadership and management roles to the Eagle team. She has held positions in general and operational management having worked across commercial and military aviation environments, both rotary and fixed wing.

With over 20 years' aviation experience, Brett holds Diplomas in Strategic Leadership, WHS and Quality Management and has NTSB Accident Investigator qualifications. He holds regulator post approvals with CASA for Parts 119, 145 and 42 and has qualified as a Helicopter Rescue Crew Officer and Air Attack Supervisor.

Warren joins Eagle with over 40 years' experience as a B2 LAME and having managed numerous modification and heavy maintenance programs. He holds CASA approvals for CofA, ECOA and SFP issue and Systems of Maintenance and Minimum Equipment Lists approval.

Teena joins the Eagle team as an MBA qualified, certified and practicing Accountant. She has extensive experience in management and accounting roles in fields ranging from industrial manufacturing and civil construction through to government.

A LAME with over 40 years' experience, Grant's involvement with helicopters began in the late 70s after joining the RAAF. He has worked extensively in maintenance and support throughout Australia and overseas, including Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Europe and the Middle East.

Canadian-born Craig is a LAME with over 25 years' experience. As Project Manager Craig has overseen the heavy maintenance for customers such as ERA, Houston Police Department, Hunter Rescue, Babcock, San Diego County Sheriff, Falcon Aviation and the Canadian Dept of National Defence

Alex joins Eagle with over 15 years' experience in heavy maintenance and modification projects on rotary aircraft. More recently Alex has held roles in project management, maintenance co-ordination and customer support; he also holds qualifications in project management, leadership and business.

Originally from a sales background, Michael has been working in aviation logistics and part sales for the past 13 years. During this time, he has gained the industry contacts, experience and knowledge necessary to deliver cost effective, prompt and reliable sourcing and delivery of most helicopter components.
