A LAME with over 40 years' experience, Grant leads the Eagle Australasia team.  Grant has worked extensively in helicopter maintenance, both in Australia and overseas.  He went on to use his comprehensive industry knowledge to successfully establish Brisbane-based Aero Assist, which grew to become Eagle Australasia.

Chief Financial Officer role.

Sonia Fuller

General Manager

Sonia brings over ten years' experience in leadership and management roles to the Eagle team.  She has held positions in general and operational management having worked across commercial and military aviation environments, both rotary and fixed wing.

Chris is an engineer with over 35 years' experience in all facets of helicopter maintenance.  Chris has held many managerial and supervisory positions throughout his career, both internationally and within Australia.  He has completed numerous OEM courses and has strong safety and human factors knowledge.

Rohan is a highly experienced LAME with over 30 years' experience internationally.  His diverse career includes experience across many facets of engineering on several aircraft types.  First promoted to Chief Engineer in his 20s, Rohan has continued in management roles throughout his career.

A former Aircraft Engineer of 20 years, Brian has over 15 years Quality & Safety experience.  He holds triple Diplomas in Quality & Safety and has occupied several senior management roles including nominated post holder approvals under CASA, EASA and GCAA Regulations.

Originally from a sales background, Michael has been working in aviation logistics and part sales for the past 13 years.  During this time, he has gained the industry contacts, experience and knowledge necessary to deliver cost effective, prompt and reliable sourcing and delivery of most helicopter components.

Canadian-born Craig is a LAME with over 20 years' experience.  Craig joins the Australasian team direct from Eagle Canada, bringing with him knowledge specific to the Eagle 407HP and Eagle Single conversions.  During his career, Craig has also overseen heavy maintenance of various helicopter models.

Alex joins Eagle with over 15 years' experience in heavy maintenance and modification projects on rotary aircraft. More recently Alex has held roles in project management, maintenance co-ordination and customer support; he also holds qualifications in project management, leadership and business.
